Yuze is a fully digital platform that combines business banking with business tools such as invoicing and analytics. Yuze is the only platform providing both multi-currency and crypto-currency services (coming soon).

Is Yuze secure?

Yes, all solutions provided by Yuze are tested using the highest security standards and all financial services offered on the Yuze platform are provided by licensed banks and financial institutions.

How can I contact Yuze?

How do I change my username?

Your e-mail ID is your username which cannot be changed once it is linked to your Yuze profile.

How do I change my password or PIN?

You can change your password or PIN yourself through the Yuze app. Just go to 'Profile & Settings', and then select 'Security' and you will see the option to change your password or PIN.

I forget my password, what should I do?

Please use the link 'forgot password' and it will guide you on how to reset the password. Please always keep the password confidential and do not share with anyone including any Yuze staff.

I forget my username, what should I do?

Your registered email is your user name for the Yuze app so please use the same email address when you login to the Yuze app.

How do I open a business account?

Download on Playstore or Appstore and follow the instructions to open an account.

What are the services available?

Yuze provides business accounts in local currency with payment services, money transfers, corporate expense cards and business tools such as invoicing and analytics. Yuze will continue to add more services and features to ensure all its customer needs are fulfilled.

How do I open a Yuze account?

Go to the App Store or Google Play Store, search for "Yuze", download the app, and follow the instructions to open an account.

Can any company open a business account?

Yes, any company with a valid trade license in the UAE can open a business account.

What documents do I need to open an account?

You will need a valid trade license and identification documents of the company owners and authorised signatories. There may be additional documents required and our team will contact you to assist with the account opening process.

Can I open more than one Yuze account?

You can open one business account per legal entity.

Is there a minimum balance required?

There are no minimum balance requirements.

If I have an account with another bank, can I still open a Yuze account?

Yes, you can still open a business account with Yuze.

How long does it take to open a Yuze account?

Applying for a Yuze account from the app only takes a few minutes and in most cases, the Yuze account will be opened within 24 hours.

How much do I need to pay to open an account?

The account can be opened for a one-time joining fee, then a monthly subscription will be charged.  

Can I create an account in a different currency than AED?

Yuze offers AED accounts only at the moment however we are looking to add more currencies and features soon.

Is there any fee to close the account?

You can close the account at any time however, you will be charged for the monthly subscription for the current month which is non-refundable.

Are there any limits on my balance?

There are no limits on your balance however, based on your company profile and business activities, we may ask additional questions to ensure compliance.

Does the account offer any interest or profit?

No, we do not offer any interest or profit on your maintained balances.

Are there any minimum balance requirements for my account?

Not at all. Yuze does not charge any fees for low balances. However, please ensure you maintain enough balance for your monthly subscription fee.

How do I request for an authorized bank statement?

For now, you can only view it online. We are working on making this available for you soon.

How do I close my account?

You can close your account at any time however, you will be charged for the monthly subscription for the current month which is non-refundable.

Transactions

Can I make international transfers from my Yuze account?

You can only make local transfers for now however, we are working on adding international payments soon.

Are there limits on account transactions?

There are no limits for transactions however, based on your company profile and business activities, we may ask additional questions before processing high or unusual transactions to ensure compliance.

Can I deposit cheques?

No, you are not able to deposit cheques in to the Yuze business account.

Will I get a cheque book?

No, the Yuze business account does not offer a cheque book facility.

How do I deposit cash into my account?

You are not able to deposit cash in to the account however, we are working to provide alternative solutions through regulated partners.

How do I make a payment through the app?

You can make payments using the Yuze app, although you will need to set up the beneficiary first.

What should I do if a bank transfer I'm expecting hasn't arrived?

If you haven't received a transfer you have been expecting, you should first check with the sender whether they have used the correct account details and whether their bank has successfully processed the transfer. We can help you identify the status of a processed transfer as well.

Why aren't my recent transactions appearing on the app?

The transactions will appear in the Yuze app as and when they are processed and settled through the banking system.

Do you offer a business card with the account?

Yes, you get a virtual business debit card automatically and you can request a physical debit card at any time.
They work exactly like a debit card.

How do I receive and activate my physical card?

Your physical card is sent to you by courier within 2 days of opening your account. You will need to keep your emirates ID with you to receive the card and you can use the Yuze app to activate the card and set the PIN.

Can I use my card internationally?

Yes, the Yuze card can be used locally or internationally for cash withdrawals, retail and online purchases

Can I make contacless (NFC) payments using my card?

Yes, your physical card is enabled for contactless payments.

Can I restrict certain types of transactions on the card?

Yes, you can restrict or enable ATM withdrawals, point of sale transactions and online payments.

How do I withdraw cash from my account?

You can withdraw cash by using the debit card from any local or international ATM. Please note that standard cash withdrawal charges will apply.

How do I activate my card?

Once you receive your card, you will be able to activate it throught the Yuze app.

Can I block / unblock my card(s) instantly?

Yes, you can temporarily block and unblock your card(s) instantly for greater protection to minimize fraud risk.

How do I cancel my card permanently?

Please contact Yuze to permanently cancel the card and issue a new card. Please note that card issuance charges will apply.

I lost my card, what should I do?

Please block the card temporarily through the Yuze app and call the contact centre to permanently cancel the card and issue a replacement card. Please note that card issuance charges will apply.

What should I do if I haven't receive my card yet?

Please allow up to 2 working days to receive the card however, if you have not received the card after 3 days, please contact Yuze support team

Are payment links secure?

Yes, all Yuze payment links use industry-standard encryption and comply with PCI-DSS guidelines to ensure secure transactions.

What payment methods are supported through payment links?

Payment links can support domestic and international card payments

How do I create a payment link?

You can create a payment link directly from the Yuze app or web portal by entering the payment amount, description, and customer details.

How do I send a payment link to my customer?

Once created, you can send the payment link via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other messaging platform.

How do I track the status of my payment link?

Yes, you can view the status of each payment link—whether it's paid, pending, or expired through the Yuze app. Once the status is paid, you can provide the services to your customer.

When will I receive settlement in my Yuze business account?

You can expect settlement within 3 business days after we have received funds from the Card Scheme.

Is there a limit to how many payment links I can create?

There is no limit on the number of payment links you can generate. However, transaction limits may apply based on your account type.

Account Opening & Eligibility

Who can open a Yuze wallet?

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You also need to complete the KYC verification process as required by RBI regulations.

What documents are required for KYC?

You need valid identity and address proof, such as Aadhaar,PAN, passport, or any document accepted under RBI guidelines. For full-KYCwallets, video-based verification (V-CIP) may be required.

Can businesses or freelancers open a Yuze wallet?

Yes, freelancers and businesses can open a Yuze wallet.

Wallets & Limits

What types of wallets does Yuze offer?

Yuze offers:

·       Min-KYC Wallet: Limited balance and usage, only for purchases. Max Rs. 10,000balance, yearly reload limit Rs. 1,20,000.

·       Full-KYC Wallet: Higher limits, fund transfers, cash withdrawals, and purchases. MaxRs. 2,00,000 balance, monthly transfer limits per beneficiary apply.

Can I upgrade my wallet?

Yes. You can upgrade from Min-KYC to Full-KYC wallet by completing the full KYC process.

How do I close my wallet?

Wallets can be closed at any time. Remaining balance will be returned to your source account or verified bank account as per wallet type and RBI regulations.

Transactions & Fees

Are there any fees for using Yuze wallets?

Yes, applicable fees include:

·       Registration Fee: Rs. 499

·       Monthly Subscription: Rs. 199

·       Card Reissue: Rs.299

·       ATM Balance Inquiry: Rs. 10

·       ATM Withdrawal Fee: Rs. 26

·       IMPS Transfer Fees:

o.Rs.1–1,000: Rs. 3

o  Rs.1,001–24,999: Rs. 5

o  Rs.25,000–2,00,000: Rs. 10

All of the above fees are without GST.

Fees for wallet top-up, merchant surcharges, or other services will be communicated on the platform before transactions.

Are there limits on transactions?

Yes. All transactions are subject to RBI prescribed limitsand wallet type:

·       Min-KYC Wallet: Purchases only, max Rs. 10,000balance

·       Full-KYC Wallet: Transfers, purchases, cash withdrawals with limits per month/beneficiary

What happens if a transaction fails?

Security & Privacy

Is my personal information safe with Yuze?

Yes. Yuze follows strict privacy and security measures, including encryption, secure storage, restricted access, and regular audits to ensure the protection of your personal data.

Can my data be shared?

Your data may be shared with:

·       Regulatory authorities as required by law

·       Banking partners, wallet issuers, or paymentgateways for service delivery

·       Yuze will never share personal data beyond thepurposes stated in the Privacy Policy

What happens in case of a data breach?

Yuze will immediately investigate and notify affected customers and authorities as required by law. Any potential breach should also be reported immediately to our support team.

Payment Card & Wallet Expiry

Do Yuze cards expire?

Yes, co-branded cards have an expiry date. Active wallets linked to cards have perpetual validity, but Min-Kyc wallets are valid for 1 year unless upgraded.

What happens to the balance on an expired card?

Expired card balances can be refunded to your bank account. Yuze may automatically renew active cards if you consent.

Disputes & Customer Support

How do I report an issue or dispute a transaction?

You can contact Yuze customer support at support@yuze.in. Disputes will be resolved as per RBI guidelines and network rules.

How long does grievance resolution take?

Yuze aims to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the Privacy & Compliance Officer.

Updates & Changes

Will Yuze update fees or policies?

Yes. Any updates to fees, T&C, or privacy practices will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
